Lendlease Podium Selects Butlr to Provide Occupancy Data for Podium Property Insights
Silicon Valley, October 17th, 2022 – Global real estate group Lendlease and Butlr Technologies Inc., announced today a new partnership through Lendlease’s digital platform, Podium. This partnership will be progressively rolled out across a number of their own buildings, as well as their external clients. Butlr’s leading people sensing solution generating anonymous, accurate, API-first occupancy data will be integrated into Podium Property Insights, the leading property lifecycle platform. The combination will further enable Lendlease Podium customers to optimize space utilization and achieve cost savings while enabling a better employee experience. Â

Developed as part of a global strategic partnership between Lendlease, Google Cloud and Accenture, Podium Property Insights is an end-to-end solution for generating actionable metrics around space utilization, occupancy analytics, and employee workplace satisfaction. Through customizable reports, predictive insights, forecast analyses and performance metrics, workplace managers are able to adapt and optimize their real estate assets in a dynamic and efficient way.
