About the Role
Butlr is looking for an experienced and highly self-motivated Supply Chain Director to join our team. This role will report directly to the President. As Supply Chain Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional product delivery. Â You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain operations for Butlr, including strategic planning, component procurement, inventory strategy, fulfillment and logistics operations, vendor evaluation/onboarding/management, to ensure seamless flow of products from design to manufacturing to delivery to customer site. Â
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop supply chain strategies that are aligned with Butlr’s goals and growth. Execute on near-term priorities and map out longer-term supply chain strategy evolvement (2-3 years horizon)
- Propose the optimal structure and configuration of the supply chain network (incl. number and location of facilities, distribution network, and transportation route) to Butlr senior leadership. Effectively communicate the strategy to cross-functional teams Â
- Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions
Procurement and supplier management:
- Lead materials planning and procurement strategy
- Collaborate with Butlr’s production team, contract manufacturers, and key component suppliers to streamline component and accessories procurement process, and secure high-quality materials and components at competitive pricing; drive cost reduction
- Ensure reliable and in-time supply of materials to meet complex production demands
- Establish and maintain strong supply relationships; negotiate contracts; manage supplier performance
Inventory Management:
- Design and implement inventory strategies and replenishment processes that best meet the demand while minimizing the balance sheet burden
- Analyze inventory data and make data-driven decisions from project level to company level
- Identify and develop relationship with key partners, technologies and vendors
Logistics Strategy:
- Oversee logistics across all Butlr product lines
- Devise strategy to optimize routes and cost while ensuring on-time delivery
- Identify and develop relationships with partners such as 3PLs, cross-docking service providers, import/export service providers, etc. Manage carrier relationships and negotiate favorable shipping rates and terms
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in supply chain management, preferably with well-rounded background in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, fulfillment & logistics
- Prior experiences in B2B electronics/device/IoT industries
- Experiences in bringing up new warehouses/3PLs
- Knowledgeable in international trade regulations and import/export processes
- Prior experience in production and/or demand planning experience
- Experience in contract manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools

About the position
Butlr is looking for an experienced and highly self-motivated Senior Account Executive to help continue our rapid growth. As an early member of our sales team, you will work closely with the Head Of Sales and supporting sales functions to qualify, develop and drive all sales direct and channel-led sales opportunities. Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years working in technology in a sales executive role at a fast-paced market-leading company.
- Demonstrable track record of managing complex sales cycles, meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving large transactions ($1m+ ACV) including expansions from existing accounts.

About the Job:
We are hiring an experienced Senior API Software Engineer who will have a direct, measurable impact on customer and operational metrics. You will be responsible for building API’s to set up and build spatial data models and their relation to our hardware. Your role is to simplify complex use cases into a manageable and scalable software architecture that can grow into our expanding customer base. You will report directly to our Head of Software Engineering.

About the Role:
Butlr is looking for an experienced and highly self-motivated Principal NPI Engineer. This role will report directly to the VP of Engineering and will be responsible for identifying critical requirements, understanding system sensitivities, developing execution strategies and mapping out key performance metrics necessary to achieve successful New Product Introduction (NPI) and deliver IoT hardware production goals. This role is highly visible and cross-functional transitioning new products from concept phase to production with functional and fiscal responsibilities.
Our Principal NPI Engineer will be a central force connecting Product, Engineering, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Sales teams at Butlr, as well as developing and managing external relationships with contract manufacturers, tooling vendors, and key component providers, etc. Â Candidates must be highly innovative, enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment, and versed in all critical aspects of product development from design to EVT, DVT, PVT, Ramp, mass production, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and guide the NPI strategy for Butlr, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work with executive leadership, design, and engineering teams to establish and refine formal end-to-end product requirements, readiness, execution processes, and milestone exit criteria.
- Partner cross functionally with Product Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Teams to launch projects on time, on cost targets and meeting quality specifications.
- Partner with contract manufacturers to design manufacturing processes with schedule and budgetary parameters; deliver and optimize solutions to solve complex challenges as product transitions from NPI through high volume scale.
- Establish technology readiness and manufacturing transition requirements. Participate in all Engineering Design Reviews to provide expertise and leadership in DFx. Design milestones to achieve best in class manufacturing processes and high quality/yield deliveries.
- Continuously develop, evaluate and improve production processes and manufacturing methods for Butlr.
- Set up the NPI framework for Butlr. Write and update work instructions and other critical documents (e.g. specifications, procedures, etc.).
- Serve as a thought leader and champion for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) process and requirements for Butlr
- Evaluate prospective vendors (CM, Integrators, Component Supply Chain) for process and quality capability based on project needs
- Work with external manufacturing technology partners in the design, creation, and qualification of assembly and characterization equipment and advanced manufacturing processes, inclusive of capabilities and processes for product enablement, measurable design/process verification methodologies, and pathway for mass production solutions.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of industry experience in IoT devices, connectivity enterprise products and/or consumer electronics. Experience in a well-established hardware product company or world-class contract manufacturing service providers are required
- Subject matter expert in DFM, tolerance sensitivity analysis (GD&T), root cause and defect/failure analysis, FMEA, process capability assessment (CPK/MSA/GRR), statistical data analysis focused on process capability in software tools such as JMP and MATLAB
- Demonstrated delivery of the bring up and qualification of repeatable process lines at contract manufacturers facilities. Defining metrics to monitor to ensure and predict quality and throughput.
- Attention to detail with a high level of integrity and organizational capacity to manage multiple projects.
- Hand-on Lead, self-motivated with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability while working with domestic and international cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, with demonstrated capability to influence across organizations.
- Familiarity with international manufacturing standards and regulations.
- Experience with bringing up CM manufacturing lines, for mechanical and electrical assembly, and working with CMs to develop test fixtures and processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.
